Venezuela denounces that Washington seeks to take its oil
Caracas, June 19 (RHC)-- Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza reiterated this Saturday that with the imposition of unilateral coercive measures, the U.S. government seeks to break the Venezuelan people and take control of the country's oil and gas.
"It doesn't matter who is at the head of the U.S. government. They change tactics, but not strategies. Why did the invasion of Iraq, Libya, Syria, the coup d'état in Bolivia happen?" asked the foreign minister.
The head of Venezuelan diplomacy participated in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, which is being held for the purpose of discussing the crises facing the world and the opportunities it has.
