Diego Pary explained that with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Bolivian president addressed the programmatic agenda that the country has with Moscow.  "With Russia, the meeting with the foreign minister served to address the different issues that we are having, which is part of the programmatic agenda that Bolivia and Russia have been working on."

President Luis Arce's address before the UN General Assembly took place on Thursday.  He spoke about the effects of climate change, world peace, foreign debt relief, as well as the political, economic and social situation of the country.
