La Paz, December 25 (RHC)-- In celebrating Christmas Eve, Bolivian President Luis Arce sent the traditional Christmas message in which he urged Bolivians to maintain the unity, social and economic stability that they were able to recover after the coup d'état against Evo Morales.

"Let's take care of the stability, certainty and hope that we have worked so hard to recover. United and united, let us continue recovering our economy on the path of growth with social justice, on the path of dignity and a country free of racism, discrimination, exclusion and all forms of violence," said the Bolivian head of state.

In his Christmas message, Luis Arce emphasized that the Christmas holidays are an opportunity to share with the family and invited to reflect on all the achievements of the year.  He stressed that Bolivia is a country of hardworking men and women who dream of a better future for their children and grandchildren, in addition to the great cultural wealth and natural resources.

Luis Arce said that during his term as president of the country "great achievements" have been reached, but also moments of "tense confrontation and disagreements between brothers."

In this sense, the president affirmed that Bolivia is better off than the one he received in 2020 and called on the population to continue accompanying him in order to continue on the path of social and economic growth.

He also recommended the population to "not lower their guard" and maintain biosecurity measures against COVID-19, such as using masks and going to vaccination points to avoid further human losses due to the pandemic.
