Havana, 11 de setembro (RHC).- O Congresso argentino aprovou a lei sobre pagamento soberano da dívida externa, que permite passar de Nova York a Buenos Aires a sede para essas transações, incluindo também Paris como alternativa.
O documento declara de interesse público a reestruturação da dívida feita em 2005 e 2010. A medida foi tomada diante da crise gerada por um juiz norte-americano, que decidiu bloquear os pagamentos à maioria dos credores dando prioridade aos chamados “fundos abutre”, gerenciados por especuladores no setor financeiro mundial.
