Rafah, May 29 (RHC)-- Israeli military forces are striking targets in northern and central Gaza, while tanks push into Rafah in the south.

As well as an attack on a family home in Khan Younis, which killed three people including two children, deaths and injuries have been reported following an Israeli air attack on the Shatat family’s home in the Sheikh Radwan area of northern Gaza.

The Wafa news agency also reported an attack on a civilian home north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.   Several people were injured in an attack on a house in the Sabra neighbourhood of Gaza City.

In southern Rafah, Israeli tanks are now stationed in the center of the city’s Yibna and Shaboura refugee camps.  Local sources report that Israeli aircraft are bombing while armoured vehicles are attacking homes in the center and west of the city with heavy machine guns, according to Wafa news agency.
