Increased popularity of President Arce in Bolivia and in the region

La Paz, July 25 (RHC)-- The ranking of South American presidents of the international consultant CB noted that the popularity of the president of Bolivia, Luis Arce, climbed another 6 percent in July in the country and grew at the level of state dignitaries in the region.  Arce had 43.8 percent popularity in June, compared to 49.8 percent reached in July.

According to surveys, this 49.8 percent reflects the positive perception of the management of the Bolivian government, although negative perception reaches 47.3 percent.  "The head of state who grew most compared to our last measurement was Luis Arce, from Bolivia (+6.0 percent)", on the contrary, President Petro, from Colombia, was the one who fell the most (-6.6 percent ).

The statistical entity deepened that among the three best valued presidents in July 2024 by its citizens are Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, from Brazil, with 53.6 percent of positive perception; Javier Milei, from Argentina, with 52.1 percent, secondly, while closing the podium Daniel Noboa, from Ecuador, with 51.5 percent approval.

On the other hand, those of worst grades for their citizens during this month were Gustavo Petro, from Colombia, with 32.3 percent of positive image, followed by the Peruvian president Dina Boluarte, with 32.5 percent and closes the "team ”Negative Gabriel Boric, from Chile, with only 36.3 percent approval.

The survey was conducted between July 16 and 20, 2024 with a sample of 1,241 respondents over 18 years of age and works with a margin of error of +/- 2 or 3 percent and a 95 percent confidence level.  The CB consultant indicates that during the data search, 12,402 were surveyed in total (average of 1,042 to 1,471 surveyed by country).
