Caracas, October 4 (RHC)-- The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) has condemned the recent Israeli attacks and bombings against the city of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

LBA also repudiated the assassination of Hezbollah’s secretary general, Hassan Nasrallah, which was carried out by Israel last week.

The text denounced the speech of the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, in the General Assembly of the United Nations, before the eyes of the international community, which ALBA called "cynical, plagued by lies and manipulations."

"The member countries of ALBA-TCP reject and repudiate this unprecedented war crime, which has claimed the lives of children, women and men of Lebanon who are not aware of the nature of the conflict," the document said.

The Bolivarian Alliance called on “the international community, social movements and governments, regardless of political tendencies, to reject in the most categorical terms the atrocities committed by the Tel Aviv government.”

ALBA-TCP also called on “all humanity to stop the acts and crimes against humanity that Israel has committed and continues to commit with total impunity and the complicity of the Government of the United States of America.”
