Caracas, October 27 (RHC)-- In an official statement, authorities of the Bolivarian Republic called on the international community to stop the actions of the Zionist regime through the political and judicial bodies.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela describes the attacks perpetrated by the Zionist regime of Netanyahu against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Syrian Arab Republic as a new act of unjustified aggression, violation of sovereignty and a threat against regional peace and security.

The most recent official statement from Venezuelan authorities rejects and condemns the continued violation of international law by Israel.  It also classifies the actions carried out against Palestine and Lebanon as terrorist and genocidal.

According to the text published by the Venezuelan foreign minister, Yván Gil Pinto, the operations “configure the Zionist entity as an outlaw state.” Therefore, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela calls on the international community to stop the escalation through political and judicial bodies.

The note states that this is the “only measure that will allow stability to be restored in the region and avoid a conflict on a much larger scale.”

Starting at 02:13 (local time) this Saturday, Israel attacked positions in Tehran (north), Khuzestan (southwest) and Ilam (west).  Although the anti-aircraft forces of the Persian nation managed to counteract the operations, the Iranian Army reported two martyred soldiers and limited damage is still being investigated in some areas.
