Jerusalem, December 3 (RHC)-- The Israeli military has ordered a Palestinian woman to demolish her home in the town of Beit Hanina, north of occupied East Jerusalem, according to the Wafa news agency.
A second person in the town has also been forced to remove his mobile home, the agency reported.
Israeli forces also demolished a Palestinian-owned store in the Shu’fat camp, east of occupied East Jerusalem, Wafa added.
In November, Israeli authorities ordered 36 demolition and bulldozing operations in the Jerusalem governorate, including seven forced self-demolition operations of Palestinian-owned structures, for not obtaining permits.
Israeli authorities reject more than 95 percent of Palestinian building permit applications in Area C, which covers about 60 percent of the West Bank and is fully occupied and administered by Israel.
