According to the FSB, the Ukrainian intelligence services had coordinated the activities of this group through instant messaging applications

 

Havana, Dec 25 (RHC) The Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia announced today the apprehension of seven individuals, including three minors, who were plotting an attack against a senior official in the defense sector.

The statement revealed that the detainees, residents of the Moscow region and the Urals, had been following the target’s vehicle, constructing an explosive device from materials they had retrieved from a hidden location and placing it beneath the vehicle.

According to the FSB, the Ukrainian intelligence services had coordinated the activities of this group through instant messaging applications.

A criminal investigation was launched based on evidence suggesting the commission of offenses under Articles 30.3 and 205.2.a of the Russian Criminal Code (conspiracy to commit a terrorist act). (Source: Prensa Latina)
