An Israeli real estate company posted plans to sell beach houses for Israelis ... in Gaza.

Israeli real estate company Harey Zahav shared a project drawn on the ruins in Gaza: 'Wake up, a beach house is no longer a dream!’

Washington, January 21 (RHC)-- U.S. President Donald Trump, in comments to reporters following his inauguration on Monday, said that he was "not confident" that the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas would stay in effect.

The day after the ceasefire deal was implemented, President Trump addressed the future of Gaza after over 15 months of war.  "I'm not confident.  That's not our war. It's their war," Trump said.

Additionally, the U.S. president said Gaza "has to be rebuilt in a different way."

"Gaza is interesting, it's a phenomenal location.  On the sea -- The best weather. Some beautiful things could be done with it," Trump said.
