Washington, January 21 (RHC)-- Donald J. Trump was been sworn in on Monday as the 47th president of the United States.  Chief Justice John Roberts administered the oath of office inside the Capitol after Monday’s inaugural proceedings were moved indoors because President Trump said it was too cold outside.

President Donald Trump: “During every single day of the Trump administration, I will, very simply, put America first.”

CEOs of tech giants were given prime positions at Trump’s inauguration, including Tesla, X and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk; Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg; Amazon’s Jeff Bezos; Apple’s Tim Cook; and Google’s Sundar Pichai.

Vermont independent Senator Bernie Sanders commented: “When the 3 wealthiest men in America sit behind Trump at his inauguration, everyone understands that the billionaire class now controls our government.”
