Venezuelan president celebrates the success of the XII Extraordinary Meeting of ALBA-TCP

Caracas, February 4 (RHC)-- The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, described the XII Extraordinary Meeting of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – People's Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) as a total success.

During his program "Maduro Live Suddenly," the Boliviarian leader mentioned the approved statement on migrants, where it was proposed to create a special plan for the productive insertion of ALBA migrants with a fund of 10 million dollars.

"Artificial intelligence that is capable of projecting, programming.  It seems like another world," the president stressed about the reflections promoted at the Extraordinary Meeting that brought together heads of State and Government.

"We are moving forward and we have set ourselves great goals to produce food. Together we will produce beans, the strong land of ALBA to produce energy, oil, technology," insisted the president, while emphasizing that applied science must be promoted in the solution of human beings and society.

Regarding AgroALBA, the Venezuelan leader referred to the need to take the concept and good practices of the eco-socialist culture to produce organic food. "Destroying the land is a sin," he said.  He reflected on the food processing practices that make our bodies sick and on the harmfulness of transgenic seeds.

Likewise, Prensa Presidencial published a summary of the main agreements made at the extraordinary Summit.  Among them, he highlighted the human rights of migrants, “in which international standards are met for their safe and protected return, if necessary, to our countries.”

Also, the creation of the credit system for the reintegration of migrant entrepreneurs, the dismantling of the criminal organizations of human trafficking known as “Coyotes,” the holding of the AgroALBA Fair, the proposal to move towards a transport agreement for economic and tourism projects, and the practical activation of the Intra-ALBA Center for Research and Application of Artificial Intelligence.
