Havana, February 6 (RHC) -- The Executive Secretary of ALBA-TCP, Jorge Arreaza questioned this Wednesday in Caracas, the complicit silence of the secretary general of the OAS, Luis Almagro, in the face of the corruption scandal of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

In his Telegram account, the Venezuelan diplomat pointed out that the “hitman General Almagro has not said a single word about the grotesque corruption scandal with USAID resources.”

“Of course, his friends on the Venezuelan and Latin American right received millions of dollars and are up to their necks in dirt,” wrote Arreaza.

Questions arise, he pointed out, and asked: How many resources did they receive?  What was the fate of that money?  How many millions did the OAS hitman himself receive?  Let him answer!
