Tel Aviv, February 7 (RHC)-- The Defense Minister of the Zionist regime, Israel Katz, has ordered the Israeli Army to prepare a plan to start the process of ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip and ensure that a large part of the Palestinian population is forcibly displaced to other settlements around the world, according to a statement from the minister's office.
According to Katz, the proposal must include variants for exit through border crossings, as well as special measures to ensure departure by air and sea. The nations that accuse Israel of its actions in the Gaza Strip, said the minister, are "legally obliged" to receive the Palestinian population.
"The hypocrisy of such countries as Spain, Ireland, Norway will be exposed if they refuse to receive the Palestinians. There are also countries like Canada, with a regulated immigration program, which last year expressed its desire to accept the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip," he said.
In the message shared on the X platform, Katz described as bold the initiative of the American president Donald Trump, which includes an ethnic cleansing to start a supposed reconstruction in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the Israeli defense minister meant that the strategy can create opportunities for those who wish to leave the territory and help them resettle in the host countries.
After learning of Katz's instruction, the Israeli finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, congratulated his defense counterpart by ordering instructions to the Army to fulfill its role in the displacement project in question, arguing that "there is no other realistic solution that guarantees peace and security for Israel and the personal well-being of the residents of Gaza."
On Thursday, U.S. President Donald Trump reiterated his intention to take control over the Palestinian enclave, when he wrote on his social network, Truth Social, that Israel would hand over the Gaza Strip to him at the end of the fighting. Consequently, the population of the area will be relocated "in much safer and more beautiful communities, with new and modern houses," he added.
"The United States, working with great development teams from around the world, would slowly and carefully begin construction of what would become one of the largest and most spectacular projects of its kind on Earth. No American soldiers would be needed! Stability would reign in the region!" Trump said.
At a press conference alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the current occupant of the White House declared yesterday that his country should take over the Strip in question to facilitate the redevelopment of the territory devastated by the massacre of the Zionist regime.
