Caracas, March 12 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro affirmed on Tuesday that the country has "open doors" to welcome investors from around the world interested in the hydrocarbon business.
"Venezuela is and will be, based on our Constitution and laws of the exercise of our sovereignty and self-determination, open to all international investments in oil, gas, petrochemicals, and refining. "We have our doors wide open for the entire world to come and produce, to earn," the Venezuelan president said in a televised address.
Nicolás Maduro maintained that Venezuela has "everything to continue growing through its own efforts," as it has managed to overcome the effects of the economic and financial restrictions imposed by the US government on its oil industry.
"No one in this world will be able to remove Venezuela from the equation of stability and energy security in today's world, in the 21st century," the Venezuelan head of state asserted.
President Maduro reiterated that the country has everything to grow through its own efforts despite the coercive measures unilaterally imposed by the United States and its Western allies.
