Washington, February 28 (RHC)-- The Barack Obama administration is sending two top diplomats to the annual gathering of the powerful pro-Israel group AIPAC.

The conference opens tomorrow, Sunday, just two days before Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to address the U.S. Congress in a bid to undermine the Obama administration’s attempts at a nuclear deal with Iran.

White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice, who has called Netanyahu’s visit "destructive," will address the AIPAC summit, along with U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power.
