Moscow, Apr 2, (RHC-XINHUA), – At least 54 people have been confirmed dead in the sinking of a fishing freezer trawler off Russia's Kamchatka peninsula Thursday morning. Russia's Emergency Ministry said the ship carried an international crew of 132. A total of 26 vessels are participating in the rescue at the site, where water temperatures are near zero degree Celsius with waves up to 1.5 meters high.
