Geneva, June 15 (RHC)-- United Nations-backed talks aimed at resolving the crisis in Yemen have opened in Geneva. Representatives for Shiite Houthi rebels have not yet arrived, after reportedly declining to board their flight on schedule.
The Houthis claimed the provincial capital of Hazm over the weekend in their latest advance.
