Mexico City, August 5 (PL-RHC)-- Federal Police agents in Mexico seized 75 packages of marijuana, weighing more than 700 kilograms and hidden inside a car false bottom in the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon, according to reports Tuesday. The police agents inspected the vehicle, which was parked outside the Monterrey-Ciudad Mier road and they found disposable plates. During the inspection, as part of Operation Summer 2015, agents realized there was a false bottom covered with a blanket and wood, where there were several hidden package, having the characteristic smell of marijuana. In a statement, the National Security Commission explained the vehicle, the driver and his companion were transferred to the premises of the Attorney General's Office. The drug dealers, aged 54 and 19, together with the marijuana, the vehicle and telephone equipment, remained at the disposal of the Federal Justice Ministry agent to continue investigations.
