Caracas, October 9 (PL-RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has urged the people to achieve the necessary victory in the legislative elections scheduled to take place on December 6th.

In his Twitter account, the Venezuelan president also greeted the installation of the election campaign commands for the United Socialist Party of Venezuela in the states of Barinas Capital District and Anzoátegui, a process that takes place gradually throughout the country.

Also, while installing the election commands in Táchira, Nueva Esparta and Apure, it was stressed as well the importance of the victory of the Great Patriotic Pole in these elections to consolidate social justice and peace in the South American nation.

In another message on social networks, the head of state confirmed the delivery of new equipment for the Marine Infantry.

According to the Ministry for Defense, combat vehicles arrived from China to the naval base Agustín Armario, at Puerto Cabello, in the Carabobo state, as part of the modernization of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.
