United Nations, October 19 (RHC)-- The United Nations refugee agency says more than 10,000 people are stranded in Serbia as countries further west restrict the flow of refugees fleeing violence in their home countries.
Thousands spent the night in the cold and rain after Hungary shut its border with Croatia, diverting the refugees to Slovenia, which also imposed border limits.
