Geneva, November 29 (RHC)-- Geneva-based international organizations have expressed their condolences over Friday's passing of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro.
Director-General of the World Trade Organization(WTO) Roberto Azevedo sent a message of condolences to the Cuban diplomatic mission in Geneva, Switzerland, saying his organization was joining the countless expressions of sympathy and solidarity from all over the world with the Cuban people at this time of grief.
Meanwhile, the Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Martin Chungong sent a letter to Cuban Parliament President Esteban Lazo, commending Fidel Castro's tireless efforts promoting and defending world peace and justice.
