Havana, January 6 (RHC)-- A new book on the life of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, the late Fidel Castro, was presented Thursday in Havana, written by Historians and university professors Francisca López and Fabián Fernández.
Entitled: 'Fidel en la Tradición Estudiantil Universitaria', the new text compiles previously unpublished documents, anecdotes and testimonies of people who met and shared with Fidel in his years as a university student.
During the book presentation at the University of Havana, historian Edelberto Leyva indicated that the new title was conceived in 2015, requested by the Federation of University Students to mark the 70th anniversary of Fidel entering the university as a law school student.
