Havana, February 28 (RHC)-- Uganda's Security Minister Henry Tumukunde has arrived in Cuba for a five-day official visit, aimed at expanding and strengthening bilateral ties.
During his stay in Cuba, the Ugandan official will hold talks with Cuban Health and Interior Ministers, Julio Cesar Gandarilla and Roberto Morales Ojeda, respectively.
Uganda and Cuba established diplomatic relations in May 1974. Ever since, the two nations have maintained cooperation relations, particularly in health and education.
