Havana, July 17 (RHC)-- Esteban Lazo, President of the Cuban Parliament, received Jatri Aduh, his counterpart from the Arab Democratic Sahrawi Republic, in Havana.
Lazo and Aduh were reminded of the historic ties between the island and the Arab nation, and they discussed the importance of the recently created Cuba-Sahrawi Democratic Arab Republic Parliamentary Group of Friendship.
During the exchange, the head of the Cuban Parliament ratified his country's strong position of support for the struggle of the Sahrawi people and their self-determination and sovereignty. And, for his part, Jatri Aduj said that Cuba's resistance is an example for his country.
