Havana, August 8 (RHC)-- Venezuela's ambassador to Cuba Alí Rodríguez said the consecutive defeats inflicted on opposition groups in his country have further strengthened the Bolivarian Revolution and the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro.
Ali Rodríguez described as 'erratic and arbitrary' the violent stance assumed by some extremist groups, while he described as 'positive' the decision by other opposition sectors to participate in the upcoming gubernatorial elections, set for December 10th.
The Venezuelan diplomat in Havana said the Bolivarian people are waging and winning battles every day in their quest for peace.
