Havana, December 14 (RHC)-- The General Secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas-People's Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) David Choquehuanca highlighted in Havana the importance of unity among all Latin American nations and peoples toward building hope in uncertain times.
In statements to Radio Havana Cuba, Choquehuanca, the Bolivian foreign minister, urged participants at the 16th Meeting of the ALBA-TCP Political Council to coordinate alternatives to the prevailing instability and insecurity in today's world.
The Bolivian top diplomat said debates at the Havana meeting focus on the situation in Venezuela, Palestine, Washington's blockade policy toward Cuba and the latest anti-Cuba measures by the Trump Administration.
The Bolivian foreign minister also took the opportunity to thank member states of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas (ALBA) for their support for Bolivia in the country's claim to regain access to the sea from Chile.
