Havana, April 21 (RHC)-- Cuba and Antigua & Barbuda will hold the 4th round of bilateral migratory talks on April 23rd and 24th in St. John's.
The Cuban delegation to the talks will be headed by Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Director for Consular Affairs and Cubans Residing Abroad at the Foreign Ministry, while the delegation of Antigua & Barbuda will be led by Sr. Anthony Liverpool, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Relations, International Trade and Immigration.
During next week's migratory talks, Cuba and Antigua & Barbuda are scheduled to conclude negotiations on a memorandum of understanding on migration issues, toward ensuring regular, orderly and safe migratory flows between the two nations, as well as joint actions in the common fight against human trafficking and other related crimes.
