Havana, February 19 (RHC)-- Havana is the most popular port in the western Caribbean and Riviera Maya region, according to Cruise Critic reviewers.
In 2018, Cuba welcomed more than 800 thousand foreign visitors onboard cruise ships, thus further consolidating the development of this tourist modality on the island, as well as the country’s position as a major destination for cruise companies operating in the Caribbean region, including the U.S.’s Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Cruise Critic is a cruise reviews website. Every year it presents its Cruisers' Choice Destination Awards, based on customer reviews submitted to the site over the past twelve months. Cruise Critic features over 350,000 cruise reviews, covering 500 cruise ships and over 300 worldwide ports.
Havana is regarded a hot spot for its rich art, history, architecture, culture and public safety.
