Quito, September 3 (RHC)--Ecuador´s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, José Valencia Amores, received this Tuesday the Cuban Ambassador in Quito, Rafael Dausá Céspedes.
At the meeting, both diplomats noted the good state of bilateral relations and addressed issues of common interest to the two nations, including the interest in achieving greater trade.
The Cuban ambassador offered the Ecuadorian Foreign Minister ample information on the presentation at the United Nations next November of a new draft resolution against the blockade imposed by the Government of the United States of America against Cuba, as well as on the growing economic and human damages of this criminal policy.
Likewise, Dausá referred to the most recent measures taken by the government of Donald Trump to tighten the economic, commercial and financial blockade against the Cuban people.
