Havana, April 11 (RHC)--Cuba's Ministry of Higher Education has introduced additional measures as part of the national COVID-19 strategy.
According to the statement published on the agency's official website, it was decided to reduce the number of workers currently working in universities and other centers, and only the strictly necessary personnel will remain.
It was also agreed to postpone plans to design the conclusion of studies in the current course until the epidemiological situation allows it. The coordination and orientation between professors and students in the non-attendance modality is also suspended.
The Ministry also announced that entrance tests for the next school year are suspended until further notice.
