Havana, August 17 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz met on Monday with health workers from the Henry Reeve Brigade who returned from Togo and Kuwait after completing their quarantine period.

During the exchange, the Cuban health professionals talked about their professional and life experiences, the conditions in which they worked and the results achieved.  They also talked about learning the language, the proper use of protection means, nursing procedures and the humanistic practice of medicine, and expressed their gratitude for the training acquired in Cuba to successfully face the mission.

"Receive that warmth, that recognition and that affection, that the Homeland proudly gives you.  We know we can count on you, as you have always requested.  Welcome home," Diaz-Canel said to the members of the Henry Reeve Brigade.
