Cuba reports 71 new cases of COVID-19

Havana, November 24 (RHC)— The Ministry of Public Health reported 71 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. 9071 samples were tested for the detection of the disease, and there was one fatality.

According to a press release on the Ministry's website, 29 of the new cases contracted the disease abroad.

Pinar del Rio province reported 20 cases,  Havana 10, and Villa Clara 10. These were territories with most cases.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Cuba has recorded 7 950 COVID cases, of which 133 persons have died, and 7428  have recovered.

There are 387 positive cases hospitalized, there in one in serious condition, and two are critical.
