Cuba reports 49 new cases of COVID-19

Havana, November 26 (RHC)— The Ministry of Public Health reported 49  new COVID-19 cases. In the last 24 hours, 10 596 samples were tested for the detection of the disease.

 

According to a press release on the Ministry's website, Havana province reported 15 cases, and Santiago 11. Of the 49 new cases, 29 contracted the disease abroad.

 

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Cuba has recorded 8075 COVID cases, of which 133 persons have died, and 7497 have recovered. There are 443 persons active cases hospitalized. There is one patient in serious condition and one in critical.
