ALBA-TCP to hold 21st Political Council Monday

Havana, March 1 (RHC)--The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP) will hold the 21st  Meeting of its Political Council on Monday, March 1, according to the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The virtual meeting will be attended by the ministers of the member countries and other representatives.

The encounter will evaluate, among its main points, the regional political situation and its prospects for the first half of the year.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla will lead the Cuban delegation to the meeting.

ALBA-TCP is a platform for integrating Latin American and Caribbean countries that emphasizes solidarity, complementarity, justice, and regional cooperation. It is also a political, economic, and social alliance in defense of its member peoples' independence, self-determination, and identity.
