Managua, December 31 (RHC)-- Nicaragua´s Vice President Rosario Murillo announced the arrival of another solidarity food donation in Cuba on December 31.
According to the vice president, the Augusto César Sandino ship will arrive in Cuba Friday afternoon with another shipment, an initiative linked to complementary, uninterrupted and brotherhood ties between the two countries.
On December 5, Nicaragua sent a batch of 50 food containers with rice, beans and coffee to Cuba. The shipments, donated by the government of the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN), are intended to provide humanitarian collaboration to Cuba, a nation affected by an acute economic crisis as a result of Covid-19.
