Havana, Jun 15 (RHC)-- The Cuban Ministry of Public Health -MINSAP- reported Wednesday the death of a 44-year-old woman who was in critical condition after the explosion at the Saratoga Hotel in Havana.
With this report, the death toll from that accident last May 6 rose to 47 people.
"We regret to inform that in the last hours Vanesa Sierra Suris, 44 years old, who was in critical condition, passed away.," published the Minsap on its website.
It also pointed out that a patient is hospitalized at the Hermanos Ameijeiras Clinical Surgical Hospital in Havana.
The Ministry reiterated its gratitude to all the agencies, organizations and people in general who have supported the actions with the patients and their families, as well as for the concern shown to the hospitalized people.
