Havana, July 26 (RHC)-- Members of the Party for Socialism and Liberation of the United States visited this Tuesday in the city of Santa Clara, the Ernesto Guevara memorial that keeps the remains of the Argentine-Cuban commander in this city in the center of our country.

The solidarity delegation, presided by Gloria La Riva, laid a wreath in front of the niches of Che Guevara and his fighters who fell in the guerrilla war in Bolivia in 1967.

The group arrived in this city from the neighboring province of Cienfuegos, after participating in the central act for the National Rebellion, 69th anniversary of the attack to the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks in the east of the country.

U.S. political activist La Riva signed the visitor's book together with another group of young people, who expressed their love for Cuba and conveyed messages of solidarity and affection from many U.S. citizens.

The brigade's tour includes the facilities of the Primero de Mayo National Domestic Utensils Producing Industry (Inpud), and they will continue a tour of historical, productive and social sites in the central Cuban province of Villa Clara.
