Havana, Oct 8 (RHC) The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic, Miguel Diaz-Canel congratulated his counterpart of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of his birthday.
On his Twitter account, the president said that "this morning I conveyed congratulations to the president of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on his 70th birthday and thanked him for his expressions of sympathy with our people for the damage caused by Hurricane Ian."
Díaz-Canel added that during the dialogue, both presidents addressed other issues of interest to both countries. (Source: PL)
