Cuban prime minister receives Vietnamese delegation

Havana, October 13 (RHC)-- Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz received Thursday at the Palace of the Revolution, in Havana, To Lam, head of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, who is visiting the island at the head of a delegation of his country.

During the meeting, To Lam referred to the visit recently made by the head of government to the Indochinese nation, which ratified the relations of brotherhood and solidarity between the two nations.

Also present at the meeting were Major General Lázaro Álvarez Casas, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and Minister of the Interior, and Le Thanh Tung, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cuba, as well as members of the delegation accompanying the Vietnamese Minister of Public Security.
