Aleida Guevara
Havana, Oct 21 (RHC) The best tribute to Argentine-Cuban guerrilla Ernesto Che Guevara is to put his example into practice and study him more intimately, said the fighter's daughter, Dr. Aleida Guevara March.
During the space "With her own light" of the Fidel Castro Center, on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the fall in combat of Che and his fighters, and the 25th anniversary of the burial of his remains, Aleida said that she remembers her father's capacity to love and his coherence with what he said and thought.
She also said that he was a revolutionary with bullet-proof ethics and that her father "has always been my idol".
Regarding the challenge of the new generations, she added that they have "the commitment to be better than the men and women who preceded us, because if they could do it, why can't we".
Guevara March insisted that the new man is a never-finished product, and highlighted "basic principles that we must maintain such as education, knowing how to listen, learn and respect all human beings".
She distinguished the value of solidarity and convince people of the beauties of the Cuban Revolution. (Source: PL)
