Havana, November 12 (RHC)-- The third round of talks on Migratory Issues between Cuba and Honduras has concluded in Havana, according the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The two parties examined the behavior of the migratory flow between both countries, with the objective of guaranteeing a regular, orderly and safe flow of travelers.
Both parties emphasized the will to reinforce the operational and integral mechanisms of bilateral collaboration in the migratory and consular field, as well as to increase efficiency in the fight against phenomena such as human trafficking and illegal smuggling of migrants.
The meeting was chaired by the Director General of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cubans Living Abroad, Ernesto Soberón, and Ambassador Antonio García Carranza, Undersecretary of State for Consular and Migratory Affairs of the Honduran Foreign Ministry.
