20th Scientific Convention of Engineering and Architecture, CCIA 20
Havana, Nov 28 (RHC) The 20th Scientific Convention of Engineering and Architecture (CCIA 20) will begin today in Cuba and will run until December 2 at the Havana Convention Palace.
Under the slogan "Engineering and Architecture for a Sustainable Future," the CCIA 20 will discuss the sustainable technological, pedagogical, and management exhibited by these areas.
The meeting will also evaluate the problems posed by the government management system linked to science and innovation.
All economic actors who can find solutions to the problems of their companies or businesses with the use of technological sciences and can contribute to the university-business-government link are invited to attend.
According to the organizers, the event will include the participation of students in different workshops, which will promote synergy between the teaching process and research, development, and innovation projects.
The conclave will be held both in person and online and will be attended by 100 representatives from 15 countries and more than 450 national delegates.
It will also be a space for entrepreneurs to link up with the university through new forms of dynamizing knowledge management, such as Science-Technology Parks and Interface Societies, among other institutions, said the Organizing Committee.
The meeting is part of the activities for the 58th anniversary of the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría", Cuba's leader in technical sciences and architecture. (Source: PL)
