Minneapolis joined the campaign to remove Cuba from U.S. unilateral list

Havana, Jan 29 (RHC) The Cuban Foreign Ministry highlighted the international rejection, with caravans and other actions, taking place this Sunday in many cities around the planet against the U.S. economic, commercial and financial blockade of Cuba for more than 60 years.

On its Twitter account, the Foreign Ministry pointed out that "today the world is once again demanding the end of the blockade against Cuba".

It also stressed that bridges of love and solidarity are being built against this genocidal policy.

Solidarity caravans take place on the last weekend of each month.

On Sunday, in more than 20 cities in the United States, friends of Cuba are demanding the construction of bridges of love with Cuba and an end to coercive measures by Washington in favor of rapprochement between the two peoples.

The solidarity caravans take place the last weekend of each month and among other demands, they defend the family reunification program, the sending of remittances, and travel to Cuba, affected by the more than 240 measures imposed during Donald Trump’s administration (2017-2021).
