Cuban and Belarusian flags
Minsk, Mar 4 (RHC) The Cuban Health delegation, headed by First Deputy Minister of Public Health Tania Cruz and BioCubaFarma Vice President Eulogio Pimentel, concluded a successful visit to Belarus, with the signing of important agreements, Cuban Ambassador to Belarus Santiago Perez said today.
A significant moment was the signing of a Memorandum that allows strengthening links in the commercialization of medicines and public health expenditures between both countries, the diplomat commented to Prensa Latina.
This document was signed by the Cuban First Deputy Minister of Public Health, Tania Cruz, and by the General Director of Belfarmprom, Seguei Kazakevich.
The Cuban delegation in the Slavic nation also met with the president of the Senate of the Republic of Belarus, Natalia Kachanova, who underscored the excellent relations between the two peoples and governments.
The Cuban delegation was also made up of specialists from the Molecular Immunology Center, the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, the Hayca company, and the Finlay Vaccine Institute. (source: PL)
