Cuba is present at the Vietnam International Trade Fair
Havana, April 5 (RHC) With the attendance of more than 500 companies from 16 countries and territories, Cuba today highlighted its presence at the inauguration of the 32nd edition of the Vietnam International Trade Fair.
Four stands make up the Cuban exhibition, and among the displayed products are the recombinant vaccine against hepatitis B, Heberbiovac HB, the CIMAher monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of head and neck cancer, and the Infantix neonatal screening system, for the early detection of hearing and vision disorders.
The Caribbean nation also exposes natural nutritional supplements, preventive protectors and stimulants, although as explained by Elsy Pérez, director of Labiofam Asia, this time they will emphasize the promotion of organic bioproducts for vector and pest control.
The Vietnamese Vice Minister of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Do Thang Hai, was in charge of inaugurating Vietnam Expo 2023, a fair that has been organized since 1991 and whose implementation was only interrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to the organizers, the show has been registering an annual increase of 30 percent in the number of visitors and 25 percent in successful business transactions.
The program of the Vietnam International Trade Fair, which will run until the 8th, also includes various workshops and seminars aimed at increasing efficiency in promoting investment and trade in domestic and foreign markets. (Source: Prensa Latina)
