Havana, April 15 (RHC) - The Alma Creadora event will conclude today in Havana after two days of presentations by great female talents of Cuban music, under the leadership of the renowned singer Liuba María Hevia.
The eighth edition of the event proposed a varied schedule of recitals that began on Thursday at the theater of the National Museum of Fine Arts, with the presence of the performers Lázara Rivadavia, Camiela and Enid Rosales. The calendar of activities continued the day before with the children's space My imagined girl and the workshop Let's play music, at the headquarters of Ángel and Habanera.
Alma Creadora constitutes a space for the visibility of women as the protagonist. Founded in Havana in 2015, the meeting favors the union between creators from different countries and celebrates the teachers who were and are essential references in the field of author music, while constituting a window for creative exchange and promotion.
