Colombian Fidel Castro Chair expresses solidarity with Buena Fe

Bogota, May 27 RHC) The Fidel Castro Chair of Colombia today expressed its support and affection for the group Buena Fe given the events that took place during their recent tour in Spain, where they were presenting their album Morada.

The group, which is part of the Colombian Movement of Solidarity with Cuba, regretted that the renowned musicians of the island were the object of a hate campaign by counterrevolutionary individuals who staged repugnant shows against them.

The Chair asserted, in a letter to Buena Fe, that this campaign is one more example of the U.S. policy against Cuba, with which it tries to impose an international opinion matrix against the Revolution.

We know that there are millionaire programs financed by U.S. agencies, ‘investments’ aimed at feeding the multidimensional war against Cuba’, denounced the organization.

It warned that ‘paying heed to their masters, the haters ‘spear at the ready’ attack Cuba and absurdly support the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States on the Caribbean island.

In the opinion of the Colombian community, it is at least immoral to side with that oppressor, which does not allow the entry of medicines, which imposes extraterritorial laws to prevent the people from receiving fuel and food; and it is these haters who yearn for armed intervention by the U.S. government.

However, the more hatred they sow, the more solidarity with Cuba and the musical team grow, stressed the Colombian group.

The organization emphasized that the group receives the embrace of friends from all over the world and thanked them for their dedication and devotion.

We admire your permanent defense of Cuba, which we also feel is our homeland.

You should know that in Colombia you can count on our friendship and respect’, concluded the letter. (Source: Prensa Latina).
