Matanzas, September 4 (RHC) -- Cuba will host the 7th International Scientific Conference on Sustainable Development and Innovation (CIUM-2015), to be held at the Plaza America Conference Center in Varadero, from April 6th through the 10th, 2015, the organizing committee announced today.
CIUM is sponsored by the Camilo Cienfuegos University, in the city of Matanzas, some 100 km east of Havana. The event will include courses, master lectures and workshops by commissions, according to the program.
Other sideline events include international workshops on Engineering, Didactics of Basic Sciences, Basic and Postgraduate Training in the Contemporary University, and University Extension and Local Development.
Meetings on Business Sciences and on Tourism and Ecology, social development and sustainable agricultural resources are also part of the agenda.
